KALIBO, Aklan – Pueblo de Panay Inc.(PDPI), a multi-awarded real estate developer in the province of Capiz, has invaded the nearby province of Aklan by establishing an office in Kalibo town Saturday afternoon, October 21, 2023.

The blessing of its new home was officiated by Rev. Fr. Rendhel Alfaro after a motorcade around Kalibo town proper.

Located on Policarpio Bldg., G. Ramos St., Poblacion, Kalibo, Aklan, the office aims to cater the real estate needs of the Aklanons, said Victoria Ong-Banzon, PDPI vice president for corporate affairs, during a brief program held at nearby Ceylon’s Café in front of the new office.

She said that opening an office in Kalibo is another challenge for the PDPI, a homegrown real estate company based in Roxas City.

“Within a relatively short time, we have delivered nearly 10,000 homes to families who trusted us to build their dreams. We are also the proud developer of the largest mixed-use township in Northern Panay.

The almost 700-hectare Pueblo de Panay Township is a testament to our commitment to country side development and inclusive growth, innovation, sustainability, and creating vibrant communities, she stressed.

Vito Anthony San Diego, PDPI program manager, said the putting up of its new satellite office is to continue its commitment in delivering quality and affordable residential needs of the people.

He said that Pueblo de Panay aspires to be the champion of countryside development in the entire country.

Kalibo Mayor Juris Sucro welcomed the expansion of PDPI in Kalibo, another development and big opportunity for its constituents as the town aims to be a cityhood in the coming years.

In his message read by his representative Carla S. Doromal, the mayor is very optimistic and elated that it could also bring more progress to the town.
