BACOLOD City – City Administrator Pacifico Maghari on Wednesday ordered that all television sets in different offices and departments of the city government will be removed after a photo showing city employees watching TV at 3 p.m. went viral.

The photo was sent to Bacolod City Mayor Alfredo “Albee” Benitez by a concerned citizen. It showed employees watching an entertainment program during office hours.

“I would like to remind all the government employees of your pledge to the people and the city,” Benitez said in a statement through the BCD PIO.
