BACOLOD City – More than 1,000 residents of Barangay Montilla availed Wednesday free medical, dental, and other services rendered by the local government of Moises Padilla in Negros Occidental through the  Retooled Community Service Program (RCSP) to end local terrorism.

Mayor Ella Celestina Garcia-Yulo, who led the different government agencies in the activity, said that the government is looking for ways to bring their services to the people, especially to the upland barangays of the locality.

She thanked the offices of Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson, Vice Governor Jeffrey Ferrer, 5th District Congresswoman Marilou Arroyo, and Board Member Rita Gatuslao for their support in the said activity.

The RCSP is a program of the government under the whole-of-nation approach geared to bring government services to the people in the countryside.

Also present in the activity were Vice Mayor Adrian Villaflor, members of the Sangguniang Bayan, and Village Chief Nenita Alconera.
