The Rotary Club of Bacolod conducted disaster relief and response at Barangays Gil Montilla and Nabulao in Sipalay City, Negros Occidental on Dec 26, 2021.

Sipalay was one of the areas hit hardest by typhoon Odette two weeks ago.

The distribution of 1,400 liters drinking water, grocery packs, food packs, slippers, used clothes and other items was led by Life Changing President Pauline Cuaycong, Past District Governor Edgar Sy, Past President and Club Secretary Frederick Anthony de Leon,  Past President Jose Glen de Gusman, Club Directors headed by Marjorie Dino, Ervin Anglo, Mae Eras, Rotarian Edlyn Agraviador and MJ Malunes, the Rotaract Club of Bacolod Colegio de San Agustin represented by Pres. Deanna Therese Cerna, School Moderator Mr. Bong Lacanilao,  CSA-Bacolod Student Government Council President Jaypee Rollo, Kizzer Alejandro of the Interact Club of Bacolod Holy Family High School, Dr. Bambi Avelino, Dr. Paolo Cuaycong, Ms. Stephanie Cuaycong, Ms. Leslie Dino, Mr. Eras, Baby Jonamae, Purok President Wilmer Nobleza of Cabugan in Brgy. Gil Montilla and Purok President Roberto Mahusay of Purok Hillside in Nabulao, the Sipalay City LGU headed by Mayor Maria Gina M. Lizares and the CDRMMO

About 42 Life Changing Rotarians, Rotaractors, Interactors, Club Secretariat and volunteers joined the said activity.
