ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A member of the Sanggunian Panlungsod (SP) here and a contractor joined hands in helping residents who were affected by the lockdown situation due to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
City Councilor Jericho Angel L. Celino and Jennifer Arabia handed out rice and sardines to indigent residents of 47 barangays here.
A former village chief of Brgy. San Jose here, Celino is the eldest son of former Roxas City Mayor Angel Alan B. Celino.
