THE gracious and stylish Faith Clero, President of Faith&Luxury company based in Paris, France, was a ray of sunshine amid the stormy weatherhe came home for a short vacation lately to relax after her doing her usual rounds of personal shopping for luxury brands for her VIP clients and the Royal Families in the Middle East as well as in the Philippines.
Blessed with fine weather, Faith gathered her long missed family and close pals in an intimate luncheon celebration of her birthday at her upscale residence in Metro Manila.
Joining her were her eye-catching daughters Isellah and Diana.
Guests enjoyed sumptuous special cuisines prepared by Safron Catering.
The luncheon fares started with roasted pumpkin soup followed with beef upgrade at the carving station featuring USDA Beef Belly served with mushroom demi-glace, mint jelly and horseradish and cream.
Among the favorite main dish were Beef Caldereta, Lechon style pork belly with pineapple liver sauce, Roast chicken thigh with marble potatoes, Baked penne pasta and steamed rice while Buko Pandan salad capped the delicious fares.
As wines and champagne flowed, more fun, pictorials and camaraderie spiced the celebration with celebrity comedienne and TV host Giselle Sanchez perking up everyone with her joyful songs and of course funny satires that brought the house down!
