Mosquera, a construction worker, was charged for attacking two brothers who are fellow laborers on Feb. 5, 2017 in Pavia, Iloilo.

There, they met Mosquera who had bad blood with the victims.
The Juabe brothers worked for CJB Construction, a contractor of a subdivision project in Pavia.
Mosquera was also a construction worker in the same subdivision.
The suspect and the victims are all cockfighting enthusiasts and there to check Casabuenas game fowls when the incident happened.
It cannot be ascertained who started the commotion when the two camps began hurling threats against each other.
This prompted Casabuena to order the brothers and Mosquera to go home to avoid further fights.
The victims hurriedly left but Mosquera allegedly ran after them and began stabbing the two.
Baguna was not hurt after he scampered for safety.
