Not only Iloilo, but the whole Western Visayas sports community is in good hands despite the COVID-19 pandemic.

In Roxas City, Capiz, the Moulders of Defined Champions (MDC) Sports. Inc, a sports organization that aims to develop grassroots level talent and provide those equipped with skills to blossom, is currently preparing for their fourth wave of relief operations to an estimated 100-150 families.

MDC owner Maricel Diaz-Clemente, who always had a soft spot for kids, has consistently supporting the relief operations since day 1.

For the first two waves, MDC Sports gave out 1 whole chicken and 3 kilos of rice each to 150 families and for the third wave, dished out 3 pieces of Milkfish and 2 kilos of rice each to 100 families not only in Roxas but also in Metro Manila and other places.

The MDC organizers are planning to distribute food and rice to an estimated 100-150 families again for their next wave and are committed to helping those in need by any means they can in these trying times.

Tobee Diaz De Leon, the overall head organizer in the whole Philippines of the MDC 3×3 and the assistant vice-president of MDC Sports, spearheaded the operation from the first wave and made sure that everything was set in place.

MDC Sports would also like to thank MDC’s children, Jessica Clemente-Ho, Mabee Clemente, Nico Clemente, Louie Clemente, and coach Moy Abad of Saint Mary’s Academy of Capiz.
