Ninja Van PHL unveils new B2B logistics services

Ninja Van Philippines, recognized for its technology-driven express logistics services, has broadened its operational horizon with the launch of ‘Ninja Restock’, a novel business-to-business (B2B) service, targeting the logistical inefficiencies plaguing a market sector that contributes significantly to the nation’s GDP.

Addressing a major pain point for medium-sized enterprises, Vin Perez, the Country Head, said, “Many small and medium-sized businesses encounter difficulties in sending out products and supplies to their branches, particularly if they have less than a truckload’s (LTL) supply to send out at any given time.” The company’s foray into the B2B domain aims to simplify the restocking processes, mitigating the exorbitant costs and delays associated with LTL shipments.

KPMG’s data reveals that 67 percent of Filipino businesses deem delivery speed crucial to their success, highlighting the demand for seamless logistical operations. “Ninja Restock streamlines the resupply and delivery process, providing flexibility and cost optimization with the benefit of nationwide coverage,” Perez explained.

Complementing Ninja Restock, Ninja Fulfillment emerges as another feature, promising integrated manpower, warehousing, and inventory management. With its expansive new warehouse in Cabuyao, Laguna, the company underscores its commitment to expediting the fulfillment process.

Sabina Lopez-Vergara, Ninja Van Philippines’ Chief Commercial Officer, emphasized the strategic expansion into B2B services. “As a trusted delivery partner across various sectors, we understand that businesses require a one-stop, seamless, solutions-based approach,” she stated.

The utility of Ninja Restock is already proven with global brands like Skechers USA, Inc. and Faber Castell in Malaysia reaping the benefits of optimized inventory management. Locally, Pickup Coffee has turned to Ninja Restock to support daily restocking needs in select provinces, demonstrating the solution’s impact beyond Metro Manila.

The announcement coincided with a forum featuring industry stakeholders discussing logistics and supply chain challenges and opportunities, including notable figures from the Department of Trade and Industry, SCMAP, PASIA, and the academic sphere.
