The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Iloilo has opened applications for 80 Statistical Researchers to support the 2024 Functional Literacy, Education, and Mass Media Survey (FLEMMS).
The project is scheduled to begin in September 2024, with 40 positions available in Iloilo Province and 40 in Iloilo City.
FLEMMS, conducted every five years, is a household-based national survey providing crucial data that helps the government and private sector in decision-making.
The survey aims to assess literacy rates, educational skill levels, and media exposure among Filipinos, following the guidelines of Executive Order No. 352 of 1996.
Applicants for the Statistical Researcher positions are required to submit an application letter, a completed Personal Data Sheet (Revised 2017 CSS Form 212) with a recent passport-sized photo, and a photocopy of their transcript of records or diploma.
Applications can be sent via email to psailoilohumanresource@gmail.com or delivered in person to the PSA Iloilo office at the 2nd Floor, J. Villanueva Building, Iznart St., Iloilo City.
Successful applicants will undergo a five-day training before the survey enumeration begins on September 30, 2024. The project is expected to wrap up by October 22, 2024.
